These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Robin Sherwood, trading as OpsPulse, of 6 Hazelwood Rd, Birmingham, B27 7XT. By using this site, you accept them.
OpsPulse provides diagnostic tools, templates, toolkits, and sprint-based and bespoke consulting services to small and growing businesses. Details of specific products and services, and their pricing, are set out separately when you purchase or engage them; these terms cover the website itself, not the terms of any individual engagement.
The quiz on the homepage is a quick, informal indicator, not a formal assessment. It asks five short questions and gives you a general read on where your operation might be exposed, based on the answers you select, nothing more. It isn't a substitute for the full six-dimension diagnostic, and it doesn't create any obligation on either side.
Nothing on this website, including the free check, constitutes financial, legal, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. You should take your own advice, specific to your circumstances, before acting on anything you read here.
The content, design, and any templates or toolkits on this site are owned by OpsPulse unless stated otherwise. If you purchase a template or toolkit, you're licensed to use it in your own business; you may not resell, redistribute, or pass it off as your own product.
We've put together this website carefully, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or suited to your particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, OpsPulse isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on the free check, beyond what UK law requires.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms as the website and services evolve. The date at the top will show when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@opspulse.uk.
