Picks Up Where The Diagnostic Leaves Off

Not a parallel decision. A sequel.

Sprint

Those findings turned into built, working systems - not just a document.

Example Scope

Examples of what a Sprint can include - not a fixed menu.

Built MI dashboard

The reporting your Diagnostic recommended, actually built and live - not just specified.

Documented SOPs

Your top processes written up clearly enough that someone else could run them.

A working reporting cadence

A regular rhythm for reviewing the numbers that matter - set up and running, not just recommended.

Real scope gets agreed per client, usually built directly from your Diagnostic's findings.

What This Isn't

Not open-ended. Not a retainer.

This is a fixed-fee project with an agreed scope and a fixed end date - not open-ended day-rate work, and not an ongoing retainer. You know what you're paying and what you're getting before you start.

FAQ

Common questions before you scope a Sprint.

What if the scope needs to change?

Scope is agreed upfront per engagement. If something material changes once we're underway, we'll agree any adjustment explicitly - nothing creeps in unannounced.

Do I need to have done the Diagnostic first?

Not strictly - but the Diagnostic is what the Sprint's scope is usually built from, so it's strongly recommended.

Who actually delivers the work?

I do, personally - not handed off to a junior team.

Most Sprints start from a completed Diagnostic. If you haven't had one yet, start there.
