This website is operated by Robin Sherwood, trading as OpsPulse, of 6 Hazelwood Rd, Birmingham, B27 7XT. If you have any questions about this policy or how your information is handled, email hello@opspulse.uk.
This policy explains what happens when you visit this website: what we collect, if anything, what we use it for, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to any separate contract or engagement you enter into with OpsPulse.
At present this website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or tracking scripts, and does not store anything you enter. The free 60-second check on the homepage runs entirely in your browser: your answers are used to show you a result on the page and are never sent to us or saved anywhere. If you choose to email us through one of the links on this site, we receive whatever you include in that email, your address and anything you write, in the normal way any email is received. We don't collect anything beyond that.
Any email you send us is used only to respond to you and, where relevant, to provide the services you've asked about. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or share it with anyone else.
Email sent to us is handled by Robin Sherwood directly. It isn't shared with any third party, and this website doesn't pass data to any analytics, advertising, or tracking service, because none are currently connected to it.
We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful to the engagement it relates to, and in line with normal UK record-keeping practice for a small business. You can ask us to delete an email exchange at any time, and we will unless we need to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it's wrong, and to ask for it to be deleted. To exercise any of these, email hello@opspulse.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This website and the services described on it are intended for business owners and professionals, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
As OpsPulse adds tools such as analytics, email capture, or online booking, this policy will be updated to reflect what's actually in use, and the date at the top will change. We'd encourage checking back periodically if that matters to you. This policy is a plain-English summary rather than a substitute for professional legal advice, and hasn't been reviewed by a solicitor.
